Where do you ship from?

We work with a global fulfillment partner with facilities in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest service and a lower carbon footprint.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production: 3–7 business days to craft your piece.
Shipping: Usually 3–20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the Lab.

Is the artwork framed?

We offer both unframed posters (shipped in protective tubes) and framed options or canvases. Please check the product description carefully to see which version you are selecting.

What kind of paper and ink do you use?

We use premium heavyweight matte paper (200 gsm/80 lb) and professional high-definition inks. This ensures a sophisticated finish with vibrant colors and no annoying reflections.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is made-to-order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the production process begins in our Lab.

What if my order arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your art arrives damaged, please email us at info@deroseslab.com with photos of the product and the packaging within 14 days. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

For most orders in the USA and EU, there are no customs fees. However, for some international destinations, additional duties or taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are my payments secure?

Absolutely. All transactions at DeRoses Lab are processed through PayPal, one of the most secure and trusted payment gateways in the world. We never store your credit card information on our servers, ensuring your data remains private and protected.
