1. Production & Fulfillment
Every piece at De Roses Lab is unique and made especially for you as soon as you place an order. We use a made-to-order process, which helps us reduce overproduction and waste.
- Fulfillment time: It typically takes 3–7 business days to create and package your custom art.
- Quality Check: Each item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before being shipped to ensure your “Timeless Icon” arrives in perfect condition.
Global Fulfillment & Sustainability
- We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! This means that when you order, your art is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location.
- This global network allows us to lower shipping costs and reduce delivery times, while also cutting down on CO2 emissions by avoiding long-distance international transit. Your “Timeless Icon” travels less, arrives faster, and is kinder to the planet.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our global logistics partners (such as DHL, FedEx, or local postal services). Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- USA: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note: These are estimated times and do not include the production period mentioned above.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer live shipping rates to ensure you get the most accurate price based on your destination.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
De Roses Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If you are ordering from outside the European Union or the USA, please check with your local customs office for potential additional costs.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages
If you receive your art damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@deroseslab.com with photos of the product and the packaging. We will work quickly to send you a replacement.
